KYRGYZSTAN. NO NEED TO ABOLISH DEATH PENALTY, MP

“Many people say that it is necessary to abolish death penalty. I do not think we need abolish it.

“Many people say that it is necessary to abolish death penalty. I do not think we need abolish it. Why government will feed 30 years life imprisoned who raped an infant? We have to execute them,” stated Rashid Tagaev, Chairman of Kyrgyzstan’s parliamentary committee on defence.
