the criminal court in Lebanon Mountain has unanimously issued the death penalty to Mohammed Ali Moussa, a Lebanese national. Moussa was found guilty of murdering Saudi businessman Ahmad Abdullah Al-Sotari using a knife at a hotel room in Lebanon.
The accused's wife was also sentenced to six years imprisonment with hard labour for her marginal role in the crime.
