Li Guang, Mu Jiangqiao and Zhang Yunsong were sentenced to death in south-west China's Yunnan Province

Li Guang, Mu Jiangqiao and Zhang Yunsong were sentenced to death in south-west China's Yunnan Province. Li Guang and Mu Jiangqiao had been found guilty of robbing a diplomat of the consulate of the United States based in Shanghai, who was touring Lijiang City with his two children on 13 August 13, 2000. Zhang Yunsong was convicted of robbing two Dutch tourists in Lijiang on 19 July, 2000. The three were sentenced to death and deprived of political rights for life.
