a Shah Alam court in Selangor, Malaysia, sentenced an Indonesian national to death. Judge Su Geok Yiam sentenced Hendra Gunawan, 29, from Aceh, for possessing and trafficking 906 grams of marijuana on March 1, 2004. Police found the drugs in a paper bag in his car at a gas station.
Gunawan planned to appeal to a high court in Putrajaya.
