MALAYSIA: DEATH SENTENCE FOR MURDERING PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND UPHELD

in Putrajaya, Malaysia, the Federal Court dismissed the appeal of unemployed man Adnan Mat Jusoh, 46, for murdering his pregnant girlfriend Mastura Kamarul Jamal, 28, in Kelantan on January 6, 2000. Justices Datuk Zulkefli Ahmad Makinuddin, Datuk Seri James Foong and Datuk Heliliah Mohd Yusof presided.
