Justices Malanjum, Zakaria and Yusoff dismissed M. Kathavarayan's final appeal. Kathavarayan, now 60, was sentenced to death by the Alor Setar High Court on October 29, 2003 for trafficking drugs in Alor Setar on May 31, 2000.
