the Malaysian Federal Court reinstated the High Court's decision in imposing the death sentence on a construction worker, Saari Jusoh, who was found guilty for trafficking 12 years ago. The five-member panel unanimously allowed the prosecutor's appeal and quashed the Appeal Court's decision in substituting the death sentence to 20 years' imprisonment and 12 strokes of the rotan.
