Mohd Shuzairil Shamsuddin, 40, was sentenced by Justice Datuk Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad. Shuzairil was found to have committed the offence in Bandar Baru Ampang on July 3, 2006.
"After scrutinising the evidence of all witnesses, I'm satisfied that the prosecution has proved the case beyond reasonable doubt and there is one penalty, death”, he said.
During the trial, seven prosecution and two defence witnesses were called to give evidence.
