P Vellertore, 52, was sentenced to death by the Malaysian High Court for murdering three of his children in a failed suicide pact on November 20, 2004, after his wife left him. Vellertore allegedly strangled his three youngest children, however when he tried to hang himself and his daughter Revathi, 14, her screams allerted neighbours.
