Marwick Khumalo, a Swazi MP for Lobamba demanded to know whether the dozen people on death row were ever going to face the hangman. He said it was inhumane to keep the prisoners on death row without telling them their fate. He asked the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Maweni Simelane, for a clear-cut answer on whether hangings would be resumed.
