MORATORIUM CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED IN SWEDEN
November 6, 2002: Hands Off Cain’s online campaign for a worldwide moratorium on executions is launched in Stockholm today. The campaign has already taken in Rome, Madrid, Nuremberg and will now move on to Paris, Athens, Tokyo and New York.
