Muhammad Rafiq was sentenced to death and fined Rs 50,000 by a Special Anti-Terrorism Court after being convicted of murder. The court also awarded 17 years rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs 80,000 to the convict on the charge of committing robbery and keeping illegal weapons.
