NIGERIA: 36 GOVS ADVOCATE DEATH PENALTY FOR KIDNAPPERS

the governors of the 36 states of the Nigerian federation called on the Federal Government to sentence kidnappers to death.
The governors, who met at the Kwara State Liaisons office in Abuja under the auspices of Nigerian Governors’ Forum, said the time had come for the federal authorities to act decisively on the criminality in order to restore sanity and general security.
