On December 28, the Tianjin Municipal No. 1 Intermediate People's Court held a public rally to announce the execution of the death sentences on criminals Guo Bin (6753 1755), who was convicted of rape, robbery and trouble-making; Li Nan (2621 2809), who was convicted of homicide, robbery, rape and theft; and Yang Chao (2799 6389), who was convicted of homicide, robbery and rape. In compliance with an order of the Municipal Higher People's Court, the convicts were taken to the execution ground after the rally, and executed by a firing squad.
