On March 15, Mojahed, the paper of the Mojahedin of the Iranian People reported that in the city of Khorramabad, in the Lorestan region, 18 youths previously arrested for disturbances in Ahvas, capital of the Khozestan region, were executed. One of the condemned prisoners, Mohamad Siahi, aged 19, was tortured before being put to death. Siahi's father, who had asked to visit his son, was told about the execution after it had been carried out and, following his protests, was arrested and tortured. He died in hospital a few days later as a result of the wounds inflicted.
