On November 26, the Lebanese army detained two Fatah officials at the entrance to the Rashidiyah Camp near Tyre in South Lebanon. They are Khalid al-Shayib, the Fatah secretary in Sidon, and Abu Khalid al-Arif, a Fatah militia official.
