On October 18, Justice Winston Moore ruled that he found no merit in the case brought by convicted killers Abdool Saleem Yasseen and Noel Thomas. The judge, however, granted a 5-day stay of execution to allow the plaintiff's lawyers to file an appeal against his decision. This is the third stay of execution granted by Justice Moore to the men in 5 weeks.
