PAKISTAN CONDEMNED PRISONERS BEING KEPT IN DEATH CELLS IN VIOLATION OF RULES

despite the passage of four months, the Prison Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan has not implemented the provincial government’s new law that the condemned prisoners would be kept in separate barracks instead of death cells until dismissal of their mercy petition by the president of Pakistan, in violation of their human rights.
