in the Tirah Valley of the Khyber Agency in Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Islam publicly executed a tribesman after pronouncing him guilty at a self-styled Islamic court. Younas Khan was captured in late Septmeber and allegedly confessed to killing two cousins in a family row. Hundreds of tribesmen gathered to watch the execution.
