PAKISTAN: DEATH CONVICT NOOR MUHAMMAD FILES APPEAL

Noor Muhammad, one of two men sentenced to death by the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) for the rape and murder of a 3-year old girl named Sana, filed appeal in the Sindh High Court in Pakistan. Counsel Abdul Wahab Baloch said the court delivered the verdict even though a DNA report was not received.
