A death convict Hamed Akhtar was hanged to death in Sahiwal while security was tightened in and out around Sahiwal Central Jail. The covicted prisoner Hamed of the Sahiwal Central Jail had killed a man Nisar back in 1995. Hamed has been given death sentence by local court.
His execution order was implemented today early morning and his meeting with his family members were aranged earlier.
The jail administration after legal formalities handed over body to his family.
