judge Abdul Ghayas Nausherwani of the anti Terrorism Court-II in Quetta, Pakistan, awarded the death sentence to a man for murder. The accused, identified as Shahid, a police official, kidnapped his cousin Sajid in Police Lines Quetta on March 24, 2006. He took him to his house, robbed and killed him and buried his body in the house. Sahid was also awarded 5 years RI and a fine of Rupees 10 thousand for the kidnapping. He was further awarded 5 years RI and a fine of Rupees 10 thousand for the theft.
