PAKISTAN: MAN CONVICTED OF MURDER

in Sargodha, Pakistan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Malik Ali Raza Awan sentenced Sikandar Hayat to death and fined him Rs 200,000. Hayat, from Chowki Bhagatt, allegedly killed Nusrat Bibi over an old enmity on June 15, 2009. The court acquitted two others.
