PAKISTAN: MAN HANDED DOWN DEATH SENTENCE

in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Sajjad Hussain Sindhar sentenced Mohammad Baig to death for killing his brother-in-law Mohammad Basharat over a domestic dispute in 2006. Baig was also ordered to pay Rs200,000 to the legal heirs of the deceased.
