PAKISTAN: ONE AWARDED DEATH SENTENCE IN MURDER CASE

in Pakistan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Raja Pervez Akhtar awarded the death sentence to Abdul Mustafa for his involvement in a murder case. Mustafa was also fined Rs200,000 for killing Muhammad Pervez on December 19, 2008, over an old enmity.
