the Supreme Court of Pakistan advised Courts to observe extreme care while choosing to award the death penalty. The Bench headed by Justice Javed Iqbal and comprising Justice Sayed Zahid Hussain and Justice Muhammad Sair Ali stated this in an appeal by Muhammad Sharif.
