the Appellate Bench of the Sindh High Court in Pakistan dismissed the appeal of a man sentenced to death for murdering two people in Karachi in 2002. The Chief Justice of Pakistan ordered a SHC appellate bench comprising Justice Muneeb Ahmed Khan & Justice Mohammad Karim Khan Agha to hear the appeal of Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Khan. He was found guilty on January 6, 2007. Dr Abdullah allegedly opened fire after an argument over rent with his landlady, killing two neighbours.
