PAKISTAN: SHC REJECTS DEATH ROW CONVICT’S APPEAL IN CHILD RAPE CASE

the Sindh High Court in Pakistan rejected the appeal of Bashir Ahmed, who was sentenced to death by an anti-terrorism court for raping a minor girl. Ahmed was also ordered to pay Rs 100,000 as compensation to the victim’s family.
