PAKISTAN. SHC UPHOLD DEATH SENTENCES OF LJ ACTIVISTS IN SECTARIAN KILLING CASE

the Sindh High Court, Pakistan, dismissed the appeal of Attaullah and Mohammad Azam, two activists of the banned militant group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, and maintained the death sentence awarded to them by an anti terrorism court in Karachi on July 6, 2004, for the murder of Dr. Mohammad Raza Pirani in Karachi on June 26, 2001.
