PAKISTAN: THREE AWARDED DEATH SENTENCE

An anti terrorism court in Sargodha, Pakistan, awarded ten times death sentence to three accused and freed two others in the murder case of five persons.
According to details, five persons were killed during last Ramazanul Mubarak by armed men when they opened firing at Ansar Shopping Centre in Darya Khan killing Khursheed, Rana Munawar, Abdul Waheed, Mohammad Saleem and Rehmatullah while several others were injured. The court after hearing of the case awarded death sentence under terrorist act to Tanwir Hussain alias Tanna Shah, Zeeshan Haider alias Shani and Gul Naqi Shah and fine of Rs2,50,000 each. Two others Syed Riaz Hussain Shah and Imran were release due to lack of evidence.
