PAKISTAN: TWO DEATH ROW CONVICTS EXECUTED IN SAHIWAL, SARGODHA JAIL

Two death row prisoners Ghulam Mustafa and Sibtain were executed in Central jail of Sahiwal and Sargodha’s district jail respectively.
The convicted Ghulam Mustafa was executed in the early morning at Central jail Sahiwal, who had killed a mother and two children over resistance robbery in premises of Gulshan-e-Iqbal station of Lahore in 1992.
On the other hand, death row prisoner Sibtain was hanged in central jail of Sargodha. As convicted had killed his brother-in law over domestic dispute in limit of Bhira station in 1998.
According to jail administration, both convicts were being met from their families before execution. The bodies of convicts will be handed over to their heirs after completion of proceeding.
