PAKISTAN: TWO SENTENCED TO DEATH IN DUAL MURDER CASE IN OKARA
A court on 4 April 2019 sentenced two accused to death and awarded seven years to another in a murder case in Okara. The judgment was announced by Additional Sessions Judge Mushtaq Ahmed.

A court on 4 April 2019 sentenced two accused to death and awarded seven years to another in a murder case in Okara. The judgment was announced by Additional Sessions Judge Mushtaq Ahmed.
The prosecution told the court that Riaz, Arshad and Iqbal had gunned down two men named Ali and Abbas over enmity a few years ago.
Police registered a case against the culprits and presented the challan before the court. After hearing the arguments, the judge handed down death sentence to Riaz and Iqbal.
The court also awarded seven years imprisonment to Arshad and imposed a fine of Rs30,000 on him.
