PHILIPPINES: 78 FILIPINO'S ON DEATH ROW IN CHINA

Filipino Foreign Assistant Secretary J. Eduardo Malaya said that there were 78 Filipino's on currently death row in China for drug smuggling. The DFA also said 72 other Filipinos facing death sentences had been given two-year reprieves.
