On Oct. 25 Trimble, 45, was found guilty of three counts of aggravated murder in the Jan. 21, 2005 killing of his live-in girlfriend, Renee Bauer, 42, her 7-year-old son, Dakota, and Sarah Positano, 22.
On Nov. 8 the same jury recommended that he get the death penalty.
