President Paul Biya has ordered a thorough investigation into the case of nine young men who were picked up by security forces in January in the port city of Douala and subsequently disappeared.Rights groups believe the nine men were summarily executed by members of a military squad called Operational Command set up in 2000 to crack down on crime.
