Raphael Holiday has been sentenced to death for killing 7-year-old Tierra Lynch, 5-year-old Jasmine DuPaul and 18-month-old Justice Holiday when he burned down their home the night of Sept. 6, 2000. The jury's verdict was read by District 278 Judge Jerry Sandel. Holiday's death sentence was the first for Madison County in 3 decades.
