Robert Coleman was sentenced to death for the fatal shooting and stabbing of a retired minister.
Coleman, 35, was convicted of 1st-degree murder Thursday in the Jan. 1, 2003 killing of Julian Brandon, 70, during a home invasion and robbery that also left his wife shot and critically wounded.
