RUSSIA. KUDRIN CALLS FOR REVIVAL OF CAPITAL PUNISHMENT FOR TERRORISTS

in responce to the explosions in London on July 7, Russian Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin said: “Terrorists are to be caught and brought before court. In the face of terrorism, any respective commitments taken by the states before the Council of Europe appear somewhat inappropriate; terrorists are to be put to death, despite the wish to apply democratic actions to them," Kudrin added.
