Saleh Khalil Ahmed Abu Zeid, 59, was killed near his house in Rafah City after he had fled Gaza Central Prison. He was detained, accused of collaboration with the enemy. A group of armed masked individuals fired several bullets on his head and chest. Abu Zeid was forced out of his house in the area of Massbah in the city of Rafah. After having walked with the armed individuals for several metres along the street, he was shot, and died immediately.
