SAUDI ARABIA. MAN CONVICTED OF MURDER PUBLICLY BEHEADED

Saudi Arabia executed a convicted Saudi murderer in the southwestern al-Baha region, the Interior Ministry said. It said Ali al-Zahrani shot and killed Ahmed al-Zahrani with a rifle after the two men had quarrelled. The killer was sentenced to death but his execution was delayed until some of the victim's children were old enough to approve it.
