SAUDI ARABIA. PAKISTANI NATIONAL EXECUTED FOR SMUGGLING HEROIN

the Saudi Arabian news agency SPA website carried a Saudi Interior Ministry statement saying that the Supreme Judiciary Council upheld the death sentence against Pakistani national Bakhtiyar Sirr Firaz Khan. Khan was convicted of smuggling heroin into Saudi Arabia concealed in his entrails. The sentence was carried out in Jedda, Mecca region.
