Saudi national Abdallah Bin-Zafir Bin-Dabban al-Qahtani was executed in Abha, according to the Saudi Interior Ministry, the Saudi news agency reported.
Al-Qahtani was sentenced to death for killing Husayn Bin-Musfir Bin-Ali al-Qahtani, also a Saudi national.
The execution raised to at least 75 the number of people put to death in the conservative Gulf Arab state so far in 2001.
