Senior Resident Magistrate Kiare Waweru sentenced Evans Mochache for robbing a child of over 6,000 shillings with the use of a knife. Passing the sentence, Waweru said that although Mochache was a first offender, there was only one sentence prescribed by the law for such an offence.
