Seven people were executed by fighters from Commander Arbi Barayev's unit in the village of Valerik of Urus-Martanovskiy District. The execution was carried out because some of the sentenced were reportedly engaged in informing on the families of fighters of the Chechen armed forces. Whilst others worked under Kadyrov's (Chechen pro-Russian leader) command.
