Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong of the Singaporean Court of Appeal dismissed the final appeal of Malaysian Yong Vui Yong, 23. Yong was sentenced to death by the High Court in 2008 of trafficking 47 gs of heroin into Singapore. Previous appeals to the President and to the Court of Appeal were rejected.
