Six men were sentenced to death by a Kenyan court for violent robbery.Osama Bina Ndumbe, Hussein Golo, Mohammed Wario, Nelson Munyi, Hasan Wario and Osman Ndima were convicted of robbing Joshua Kilekolo of property worth Sh125,000 on the night of March 4-5, 2001 at Gituamba village in Nyeri.
The court heard that they were armed with machetes, clubs, iron bars and other crude weapons.The defendants broke into the complainant's house and threatened to use force on him as they made away with goods worth Shs125,000.
