SOMALIA: MILITARY COURT SENTENCES SOLDIER TO DEATH

Somalia’s Military court on 20 July 2022 sentenced a Military Soldier accused of murdering a civilian to death, SONNA reported.
Mohamed Adan Mohamed Ali “Gadudow” was a military soldier from the Somalia National Army.
On 29 April 2022, Said Hassan Shikhow was killed at the Police Orphanage Center while he was seeking aid distributed to the needy community.
The Military court found the accused guilty of the murder, sentencing him to death.
