Police discovered three kilograms of the banned methamphetamine hidden in her luggage at Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou in November 2008.
In denying her appeal, the Higher Court in Guangdong province said Linden would not be allowed leniency. The Supreme Court must now approve the ruling before Linden is put to death.
