Speaker Manuel B. Villar Jr. said that the House of Representatives was "relentlessly pursuing" the passage of several anti-crime bills to improve the country's peace and order situation. He said the House was committed to helping the administration neutralise criminality and create a climate that was "conducive to progress and development."
