SRI LANKA: DEATH SENTENCE FOR REVENGE KILLING

Jayamaha Mohottige Anura was sentenced to death by Puttalam High Court judge Arafath Thaseem in Sri Lanka for murder. He allegedly killed a father and son on February 27, 1999, after his daughter was raped by one of them, however he was only found guilty of one of the murders.
